Return Policies

We will gladly return almost all items within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be subject to restocking fees to cover any credit card fees, shipping and re-packaging.

These items are not returnable or refundable:

  • Any item purchased over 30 days.
  • Any mask or mask related items (hose, hose to mask manifold ect.)
  • Special Order or Modified Items are final sale.
  • Any item that is not in its original, new, unused condition, missing parts or damaged by anything other than shipping.

If an item was damaged during shipping, you must retain all packaging, and send a photo to returns@JoyRider.Fun LLC for a prompt shipping investigation and refund/reshipment.

Please return items by bringing to our store or shipping back to us. Please do not bring returns to races or events without prior approval. Absolutely no returns or exchanges can be accommodated by support trailers in Baja.

📦 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Disclaimer

All product returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.

To obtain an RMA number, please email our customer service team at returns@joyrider.fun with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Please note:

  • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging unless otherwise authorized.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our RMA policy.

Refund timeframe: Please specify how long it takes for customers to receive their refund after the product is returned to your warehouse.

Refunds shall be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items

  • Method: Refund shall be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Cash payments: If the purchase was paid by cash, a refund check shall be issued and sent within 7 working days.
  • Original payment method unavailable: If the original payment method is no longer available, a refund check shall be issued and sent within 7 working days.
  • Other payment methods: Refunds to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, digital wallet) will be processed to that method.

  1. Request an RMA number
  • Send an email to: returns@joyrider.fun
  • In your email, please include:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred refund method (if applicable)
  1. Receive your RMA number
  • Once we review your request, we will reply with an RMA# and return instructions.
  1. Return shipping costs
  • Unless specified elsewhere, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
  • If your return is approved for any reason covered by a specific policy (e.g., defective item, incorrect item sent), we may cover or credit part of the return shipping per that policy. Please review the note section below or your original order confirmation for any exceptions.
  1. Prepare and ship your return
  • Use the RMA# on the outside of the package.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), with all included accessories.
