HOW TO WEAR JOYRIDER MASK

Your JoyRider mask system operates off of positive pressure. What this means is if there are any small voids in the mask to the outside air the positive pressure in the mask will blow dust particles out and away from the mask. It is however important to make sure the mask fits snug to the face to keep voids to a
minimum. To do this adjust the head and neck strap together to center the mask up and down and side to side on your face.

NOSE CLAMP

To fit the Nose Clamp open the nosepiece so that it is almost flat. Shape it over/around your finger to achieve a large round shape to fit the contour of your nose.

DO YOU WEAR GOGGLES?

NOTE: If you wear
goggles it may be more comfortable on your nose to remove the Nose clamp. You can carefully remove it with your hands or cut the ends off the rivet that holds it in. Once you remove it there is no putting it back

AIR BLOWING IN YOUR EYES?

NOTE: If air gets blown into your eyes. This is where the nose cushion comes in. Use this in conjunction with the nose clamp
to place pressure along your nose curvature to stop the air. Note: Please note these will not stick to a dirty mask. Install when new or after a good cleaning. Make sure mask is completely dry before tiring to stick on.

CLEAN AND STORE

After continuous use, you may need to clean your mask. We recommend washing your mask with warm water with a mild soap solution.

1. Remove exhaust valve and air hose connector.
2 Gently rinse your mask in warm water with a small amount of soap
3 Let your mask air-dry. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER



Warranty / Return Policies 

We will gladly accept returns on almost all items within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be subject to restocking fees to cover any credit card fees, shipping and re-packaging. 

These items are not returnable or refundable:

  • Any item purchased over 30 days ago.
  • Any mask or mask related items (hose, hose to
    mask manifold ect.)
  • Special Order or Modified Items are final sale.
  • Any item that is not in its original, new, unused condition, missing parts or damaged by anything other than shipping.
  • Any items damaged by moisture or water

 If an item was damaged during shipping, you must retain all
packaging, and send a photo to returns@JoyRider.Fun LLC for a prompt shipping investigation and refund/reshipment.

 Please return items by bringing to our store or shipping back to us. Please do not bring returns to races or events without prior approval.

Authorization (RMA) Disclaimer

All product returns must be accompanied by a valid Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.

To obtain an RMA number, please email our customer service
team at returns@joyrider.fun with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Please note:

  • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging unless otherwise authorized.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with
our RMA policy.
